How many factories does BEAUNION currently have? What is the daily production capacity?

Founded in 1970, BEAUNION currently has 3 factories. One of them is a finished product processing and filling factory located in Taichung City, Taiwan, focusing on serving the OEM of color cosmetics and skin care products; The other two are extruded plastic pen tubes, located in Taichung City, Taiwan and Meixian County, Guangdong respectively. They specialize in extruding pen tubes and have professional mold developers to develop cosmetic containers and serve cosmetic packaging material OEM business.

Can the product be sent for third-party inspection? How are the fees charged?

Yes, BEAUNION can send third-party inspections services on behalf of BEAUNION.  The inspection fee is quoted according to the inspection items. BEAUNION will also charge the inspection agency fee and recommend customers to choose the most effective inspection plan. Common cosmetic and skincare product inspection agencies: SGS, SuperLab. SGS Group is a multinational group headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, specializing in testing, inspection and certification services.  SuperLab is a third-party inspection company of Taiwan that specializes in the medical, chemical, and biological fields. The services that it provides include global professional inspections, contract research, and proficiency testing. SuperLab mainly provide inspection and commissioned research services for general consumer products, cosmetics, agricultural products, health foods, medicines, chemicals, and medical appliances, as well as clinical trial and environmental inspection services. Common cosmetic and skin care products third-party inspection content: Sunscreen Efficacy Test: SPF value, Boots Star Rating. Is there a charge for sample making? How many samples can be provided at one time? How long does sample preparation usually take?

During the initial product inquiry, BEAUNION can provide free preliminary samples for you to test. If you need further proofing and sample modification, we will provide quotations and charge sample costs according to the type of product sample preparation you need. The sample preparation time is usually about 2 to 3 working days. The sales staff will also confirm the sample preparation time after receiving the sample fee and report it to you actively. The available sample size can be based on different categories such as: ◆ Cosmetics: 3～5pcs of finished products; 30～50g of cosmetic materials ◆ Skin care products: maintenance trial products 2～3pcs; skin care products inner materials 30～50g ◆ Cosmetic container: 1～3pcs

Can you provide mixed semi-finished materials for BEAUNION filling?

Accepted Answer

Due to the wide range of manufacturing quality and hygiene & safety related to the internal materials, in order to avoid doubts about the responsibility for product defects. Therefore, BEAUNION has not yet provided the filling service of customer-supplied mixed materials.

How does BEAUNION check the quality?

Accepted Answer

All products have been ◆ 2160 hours of stability test. ◆ 45°C high temperature environment and high and low temperature cycle tests from -5°C to 40°C challenge product quality with the most severe temperature. ◆ Countless times of actual product testing and trial to ensure product functionality. ◆ Continuous observation of product retention for 3 years after shipment.
